Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-04
These terms govern your use of AFGTracker, operated by Arqam Financial Group. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accuracy notice. AFGTracker is actively developed. Keep exports of anything critical and double-check important figures.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 or have parent or guardian consent. Use the service only for lawful bookkeeping, invoicing, and tax-preparation purposes in the United States.
2. Subscription and billing
- The Free plan is available with the limits listed on Pricing.
- Paid plans bill in USD through Stripe and renew monthly unless an annual option is arranged.
- You can cancel from Settings -> Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law or granted as a goodwill exception.
- If prices change for your paid plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change affects you.
3. Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We store it to provide the service; see the Privacy Policy for details. You can export your data or request deletion.
AFGTracker stores your books in your browser. If you use a temporary signed-out trial, that tab's data is not permanent; sign in or export a backup for anything important.
4. Tax AI and guidance
Tax AI provides general information grounded in tax sources. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice and does not create a CPA, EA, or attorney relationship. Verify important decisions with IRS.gov, your state tax agency, or a qualified professional.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to launder funds, evade taxes, or commit fraud.
- Do not bypass authentication, scrape other users’ data, or send abusive traffic.
- Do not share Free or Standard accounts across multiple businesses or unrelated users.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed.
7. Termination
You may close your account any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and we will try to provide a chance to export data when it is safe to do so.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
