AFGTracker · Invoicing
Invoices that add themselves up
Line items, tax, deposits and the balance due, worked out as you type. Mark it sent, mark it paid, and the payment becomes a receipt in your books.
Free: 5 invoices a month for 1 client. Pro: unlimited invoices and clients, plus your logo and brand colours on the PDF.

What it does
- Itemized lines with quantity, rate and unit, totalled as you type.
- Sales tax rate filled in from your state; you can change it.
- Due date, payment terms and notes printed on the invoice.
- Deposits already paid reduce the balance due.
- Statuses: draft, sent, paid. Filter by status or client, or search.
- A payment reminder written for you and copied, ready to paste into an email or text.
- Download or print a clean PDF.
- Estimates you send first can be turned into an invoice in one tap.
How it works
01
Add the client and the lines
Pick a saved client or type one in, then add each item with its quantity and rate.
02
Send it your way
Download the PDF or print it, and mark it sent. Due dates show which ones are overdue.
03
Record the payment
Mark it paid and the money is recorded as a receipt, linked back to the invoice.
Questions
Can I add my own logo?
Yes, on Pro. Your logo and brand colour appear on the invoice PDF.
Does it calculate sales tax?
It fills in the sales tax rate for the state in your profile. Rates vary by city and by what you sell, so check it and change it if your rate differs.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Enter the deposit already paid and the invoice shows the balance still due.
Can clients pay online through the invoice?
Not yet. The invoice shows how to pay you (for example, who to make checks payable to), and you record the payment when it arrives.
