Is AFGTracker a replacement for a real accountant?

No. AFGTracker keeps your books organized, surfaces tax-readiness, and makes handing records to Arqam Financial Group easier. Filing, review, and advice still come from licensed professionals.

Who is this for?

Freelancers, contractors, and small-business owners who want cleaner books between filings — including Arqam Financial Group clients, who can hand their books to us with one tap. AFGTracker is built for day-to-day organization; businesses that need tailored oversight, advisory, or specialized planning should work with Arqam Financial Group directly.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings -> Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract or cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and your data stays exportable.

Is my financial data secure?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest in Supabase, scoped per user with row-level security. Authentication is handled by Clerk.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing disappears. If you exceed Free limits, new entries are limited until you upgrade again. Existing data stays visible and exportable.

Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?

Free is the trial. It lets you evaluate the workflow, and you can upgrade later without losing your data.

Is there a discount for AFG clients or nonprofits?

Yes. Active AFG clients and verified nonprofits can receive discounts; contact us and we will set it up.

All plans bill in USD. Cancel any time from Settings. Annual billing saves 2 months; contact us to switch.
